~How many guest bedrooms are there at Simplicity: A Bed and Breakfast?

     Simplicity: A Bed and Breakfast has three guest bedrooms each with queen-size bed and private 

     bathroom.

~Does Simplicity: A Bed and Breakfast have private guest bathrooms?

     Yes! Simplicity: A Bed and Breakfast has three private guest bathrooms.

~Is breakfast included with a stay?

     Yes! Breakfast is included with a stay and features food from local sources to support our 

     community.​

 

~Do you have availability for the Penn State football and graduation weekends?

     Yes, Simplicity: A Bed and Breakfast has availability for Penn State football weekends.  We have 

      lodging available for the following Penn State football weekends:

       Sept. 12 and 13 - Penn State vs. Villanova

       Nov. 07 and 08 - Penn State vs. Indiana

       Nov. 21 and 22 - Penn State vs. Nebraska

       We have lodging available for Penn State graduation weekend:

        Dec. 19 and 20

     Yes, we have a two-night minimum for Penn State football, graduation, and parents’ weekends.

    Simplicity: A Bed and Breakfast is located at 223 W Curtin St., Bellefonte, PA 16823, is in 

     walking distance to historic downtown Bellefonte, and just 13 miles away from Penn State! We

     are just minutes away from Interstates 80 and 99 and State College Regional Airport.

~What is the history of the house?

     Simplicity: A Bed and Breakfast was built in 1870 for Rebecca Valentine Pugh, widow of Evan Pugh,

     first President of Penn State. 

​

~Is there free parking?

     Yes.  There is free and ample on street parking directly in front of our bed and breakfast, as well as

     off street parking.

​

~Is it a smoke free environment?

     Yes.  We are a smoke-free environment. ​
