I2024 Room Rates:

• $149.00, per night, Sunday - Thursday

• $199.00, per night, Friday - Saturday

• $250.00, per night, Friday - Saturday (Centre County event weekends)

• $450.00, per night, for Penn State football and graduation weekends, two-night minimum

• $425.00, per night, for Penn State special event, parents, move-in, and move-out weekends, two-night minimum   

• Room rates are per room, plus applicable taxes

• A $350.00 nonrefundable deposit is required, per room, one week from invoice date.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Cash and checks are accepted at checkout. 

• Cancellations must be made fourteen days prior to the reserved date.

   Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and check-out before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

    Additional Terms and Conditions:

• Pets cannot be accommodated at this time. 

• Simplicity: A Bed and Breakfast is a smoke-free environment.  Smoking is not permitted on the property.
